The Oregon Adult Salmonid Inventory and Sampling Project (OASIS) is responsible for conducting research and monitoring to assess the status of coastal and lower Columbia River anadromous salmonid populations. Duties include coordinating and conducting salmon and steelhead spawning ground surveys, as well as, implementing reseach to improve inventory methods. Other duties include technical assistance to various fishery managment programs.
