Employment opportunities with the project are available annually as seasonal, limited duration or temporary positions.  Approximately 25 surveyors during the fall and winter months are hired to conduct spawner surveys and trap and tag adult salmon in the Lower Columbia and along Oregon coastal rivers and streams. Surveyors are expected to be professionals and can expect an intense work schedule. Positions are located primarily along the Lower Columbia and along the Oregon Coast.
